The Apartment
This beautiful holiday apartment to rent is fully equipped as follows: in the kitchen there is a microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, gas hob, fridge freezer and loads of cupboards stacked with plenty of china, pots and pans and most importantly – glasses and bottle openers!
In the lounge, there is a tv/dvd and video player. The tv has all UK tv channels and radio. There is also a cd player. There are many cds and dvds in the apartment if ever you fancy a night in. There is a comfy sofabed in the lounge, an easy chair and dining table and 6 chairs. The door to the balcony is situated in the lounge. There is a ceiling fan in the lounge.
In the master bedroom is a new double bed and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. There is a hairdryer. The fitted wardrobe has mirror doors and the window has a lovely view onto the balcony. The smaller bedroom contains full sized brand new bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a large fitted wardrobe with mirror doors. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.
In the bathroom of this holiday apartment is a new walk-in shower unit, wc and wash hand basin with mirror and shaver point. The new automatic washing machine is also in the bathroom. There is plenty of cupboard space for your bits and bobs.
There is a private balcony with a small table and chairs for sunbathing, or sitting with a drink and watching the sunset over the rooftops.
The view from the apartment’s west facing balcony is quite spectacular as it skims across the rooftops and roof gardens of Nerja towards the centre of town with the sea to the left and the mountains to the right. There is a wind-down canopy if you need it.
When you arrive at your holiday rental apartment all beds will have been freshly made up and there will be clean towels waiting for you. Also, if you wish, a welcome pack of groceries could be waiting for you.
The Exterior
This holiday rental apartment has the benefit of a large communal pool with a kiddies pool attached, in a well kept garden. There is a lift from the main entrance of the block to the third floor. There are six steps up to the lift.
The Street
Edificio Coronado is on a quiet street which has a small supermarket, several restaurants, a car hire office and a patisserie which sells fresh and warm croissants first thing in the morning. Just around the corner is what will become your favourite bar/restaurant, Joannys, where Antonio, Laura and Serjio will serve you mouthwatering dishes at the best prices in the whole of Nerja – you could sit there all day and well into the evening!
If you can bear to walk straight past Joannys, and continue walking for two minutes you will arrive at the stunning Carabeo beach which leads on to the more populated Burriana beach which has many beach bars and several interesting restaurants.
